WHEN WILL I GET MY ENERGY RATING REPORT?
You will get your EPC within 2-3 days after the survey. You can expedite the deliver to one business date when you select “Expedite Delivery” at checkout.
DO I NEED AN EPC FOR A MORTGAGE APPLICATION?
Many banks and lending institutions require a valid EPC. Therefore, an Energy Performance Certificate survey may need to be carried out.
I HAVE A NEW BUILT PROPERTY. DO I NEED AN EPC?
Building Control may require an EPC. Also, if you plan to market the new built property for sale or to let will mean that you need an EPC.
